Quotations

Quotations are prepared based on the product, quantity, personalization method, artwork and required date confirmed at the time of inquiry. Changes to any of these may affect pricing.

Artwork approval

Production begins only after written artwork approval. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of names, spelling and supplied files, and confirm they hold the rights to any logo or artwork provided.

Production & delivery

Production timelines depend on quantity, personalization method, product availability and project complexity, and are confirmed before production. UAE nationwide delivery is available subject to product, order and location.

Personalized items

Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged or returned unless the item is faulty or does not match the approved artwork.
